The rapidly growing baby boomer patient population is reshaping caregiving in the United States. The medical community is grappling with the many changes designed to manage the increased demand, such as how providers receive payments and deliver services. As American care providers navigate the baby boomer patient era, talent demand is increasing and shifting from hospitals to long-term facilities.
